Maintenance

Surprisingly, I have fully migrated the dev bot over to the Discord.js v14 library. Maintenance will conclude for the dev bot. I plan on pushing the update over to the live bot on Wednesday 29th May at 7pm UK time. Fingers crossed nothing bad happens.

I will be pushing the v14 changes to Prod on Wednesday 29th May at around 7pm. There will be some downtime whilst this happens, and any issues that occur during this time, I will attempt to get it fixed ASAP
